The AI coach

A coach who knows your context

Intura's coach is an AI that has read your reflections. Ask about a tough conversation, a decision or a pattern you noticed, and get an answer about your situation instead of generic advice.

It has read your entries

When you ask the coach something, it answers with your recent reflections as context. You don't explain who Priya is or why the launch slipped; it already knows what you wrote.

It works where you already are

The coach writes the short reflection after each entry, the weekly and monthly summaries, and the coaching questions at the end of each week. Tap one of those questions to keep talking.

It helps you prepare for people

Before a 1:1, ask for prep on that person. The coach pulls what you noticed, what you discussed and what's still open from every entry that mentions them.

You can see what it remembers

Say "remember this" in a conversation and it's saved to Coach Memory. Open the Coach Profile to read exactly what the coach knows about you.

What people ask it

  • I have a difficult 1:1 tomorrow. How do I open it?
  • How do I build trust fast in a new leadership role?
  • Check my agenda for the 1:1 with my boss. What am I missing?
  • This keeps coming up in my notes. What pattern am I not seeing?

What the coach sends, and where

The app asks for your consent before the first AI feature runs. Then the entries a request needs go to Intura's server and its AI provider to write the answer. They're used only for that and not stored once the answer is back, apart from short-lived logs to keep the service running. Your journal and the coach's memory stay in your own iCloud.
